How do I apply online?

You will need a social security number, debit or credit card, checking account & routing number, a government issued photo ID, and to be 18 years or older.

Can I order more than one product?

You have the ability to lease a number of products as long as the total does not exceed your approved spending limit.

What forms of ID are accepted?

We accept US-issued identification including Driver’s License, government-issued Green Card, government-issued ID card, Military ID, Passport, and State ID card.

Do I need credit in order to shop?

Credit is NOT needed in order to lease merchandise. Credit information and consumer reports may be reviewed to determine your creditworthiness.

Will my item be new or refurbished?

Your merchandise will always be brand new and unopened. Pay Later Finance does not currently offer refurbished items.

Unfortunately, online leasing is not available in states with laws which make it harder to lend money.

Why is my social security Number required?

While we do NOT require credit, we use your SSN or ITIN to check consumer databases and reports and other information gathered from third-parties in order to determine your creditworthiness.

How do I create an account?

When you check out with us, you will be prompted to input information to create an account on our website.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

You can reset your password by visiting the Account Details section of My Account. You will need to know the email address associated with your account.

What do I do if I'm locked out?

If you cannot remember your email address, no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, or have tried to reset your password and are still having trouble, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] or by calling us at 855-785-6501.

Order & Payment Questions

How do I make payments?

Our lease contracts are sent to third party lenders. Please check the email you received when you were approved for more information or contact us if you need help.

Will this affected my FICO score?

Applying will not affect your credit or score, but if you do not pay your lease payments and do not return your leased item(s) it may be reported on your credit.

How will my merchandise be delivered?

Most items are available for same day, in-store pick up in most locations around the United States.

What if something is arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately if you find that your item(s) arrives damaged or defective in any way.

Can I track the delivery of my merchandise?

If you’ve been approved, you will receive a pick-up or shipping email which contains information about your order(s) and a tracking number if one is available.

How long will shipping take for my order?

Delivery times may vary based on the products you’ve selected. An expected delivery date can be found during the checkout process and in your confirmation email.
